Questions
- Which version applies to me?
- The one your agreement names. Only know the date you signed? Pick it at the documents above and each document shows what applied then.
- What if a document changes?
- We put the new version here before the day it takes effect, with a short note on what changes. Until that day the current version applies. Every version can be compared with the one before.
- Which language is binding?
- Each document says which language version is binding. A translation is there to make reading easier; where they differ, the binding version prevails.
- Where is my own agreement?
- Not on this site: these are the documents that apply to everyone. Ask us for your signed agreement.
- Can I keep a copy?
- Yes. Every version can be printed or saved as a PDF, and every version keeps its own address, so a link in your records keeps working.
